Four labs split open-weight leads on Artificial Analysis TTS language boards

Artificial Analysis’s open-weight text-to-speech rankings do not have one model ahead across all nine languages. Four labs lead, depending on the language.

Boson AI’s Higgs Audio V3 TTS is the top open-weight model in Hindi, German, Portuguese, and Vietnamese. FishAudio’s OpenAudio S1 Mini leads the open-weight rankings in Japanese, Spanish, and Arabic. MistralAI’s Voxtral TTS leads in French, and BreezeBlue’s Breeze TTS 2 leads in Mandarin.

Open-weight coverage is much thinner than that of proprietary models. Each language leaderboard ranks 2 to 6 open-weight models, compared with 15 to 24 public models overall.

Artificial Analysis ranks Ming-Image-0.1-Design first among open-weight UI/UX models

On the Artificial Analysis Text to Image Leaderboard, the 6B Ming-Image-0.1-Design model places 17th of 81 in UI/UX design and first among open-weight models, compared with 45th of 160 overall. It is released under the MIT license with RGBA output and was evaluated at 2K resolution using 12 inference steps.
