CoreWeave introduces Agent Lens to group production agent failure traces

CoreWeave Agent Lens processes an AI agent's entire production corpus rather than relying on sampling once execution traces are logged. The system clusters conversations that fail in the same manner, even across variations in user phrasing or tool execution sequences, and connects each failure group directly to the traces that demonstrate the issue.
