Codex CLI 0.159.1 makes GPT-6.1 Sol the default model

Codex CLI 0.159.1 is out. GPT-6.1 Sol is now the default model and has been added to the bundled model catalog. The Bedrock Mantle and Runtime catalogs are also updated.

The changes are listed in the Codex CLI 0.159.1 release notes.
