Codex CLI update adds themes, managed worktrees, and terminal LaTeX

OpenAI Developers says the Codex CLI update adds a /theme command for choosing new themes and support for managed worktrees. Mermaid diagrams and LaTeX can be rendered directly in the terminal.

Diffs and tool output can be collapsed, and the interface has dedicated areas for status, hints, and keyboard shortcuts. A /usage command provides activity and usage analytics.
