Command Code now accepts ChatGPT subscriptions

Command Code now lets users use a ChatGPT subscription in its CLI. Running /connect links the account, and requests run locally from the command line.

GPT models have their own section in /model. Command Code says the tool can be installed with npm i -g command-code.
