# Claude Code sets Oct 7 deadline and claim command for cloud session bonus credits

Subscribers on Claude Pro or Max plans as of Sept 23 must run /claim-credit in Claude Code by Oct 7 at 11:59pm PT to redeem their one-time cloud session credit. The credit is consumed prior to standard plan limits and expires Nov 4.

ClaudeDevs announced that subscribers who held a Pro or Max plan on Sept 23 can claim their one-time bonus credit for cloud sessions until Oct 7 at 11:59pm PT. Users must enter /claim-credit directly within Claude Code to activate the promotion.

Cloud sessions draw against this credit before applying toward normal plan limits. Any unused credit expires on Nov 4, according to ClaudeDevs' [support guide](http://support.claude.com/en/articles/17152539-cloud-sessions-bonus-credit-promotion).
