ClaudeDevs has built a portal where developers can submit a Claude plugin, track its review, and see usage. The account says this makes building plugins for Claude easier, with the change described in Build plugins for Claude.

ClaudeDevs says plugins package MCP and skills and are becoming the way to build for Claude. It also says MCP usage across Claude products is up 110x this year.
