Ollama now runs Jev-like decision models locally, including Nimble

Ollama now supports Jev-like decision models locally. It says models such as Nimble can handle ticket triaging, model routing, and content moderation.

Nimble is available with the command ollama pull nimble. Ollama also demonstrated Nimble playing Ollama racer through the new local /v1/systemone API, making decisions in real time.
