Workers AI adds open-source decision model Clef

Workers AI now includes Clef, an open-source decision model that outputs structured probabilities instead of text.

Cloudflare says Clef-flash is 13x faster than Jev and ready to handle routing and triage instantly. The change is documented in the Workers AI changelog.
