Crabbox now runs on boxd

crabbox, Peter Steinberger’s CLI, now runs on boxd. You keep editing a repository locally; crabbox rsyncs the working tree to a box, runs the command there, and streams the output back.

With the boxd provider, that box is an isolated KVM microVM. Boxd.sh says it boots in milliseconds, uses a fresh SSH key for each lease, and is destroyed when you stop it.
