LangSmith Custom Apps is now generally available

LangChain says LangSmith Custom Apps is now generally available. The feature creates interfaces from agent data with a prompt.

The interfaces include annotation queues for reviewing and labeling one or many runs at a time, experiment comparisons that place outputs and metrics side by side, and trace reviews built from trace or thread history to inspect app behavior.
