LangSmith fine-tuning CLI smithtune trains on FireworksAI_HQ and baseten

LangSmith fine-tuning has a dedicated CLI, smithtune, which Ankush Gola says is available to try. It pulls, selects, and processes trajectories from LangSmith, trains on FireworksAI_HQ and baseten, and then evaluates the results with LangSmith. The code is in the smithtune repository.
